Master of Tourism Studies(MTS)

 

• MTS program comprises of four semesters of six month each
• MTS program equip students with critical abilities and analytical skills to efficiently manage private and public sectors of tourism

Eligibility

Bachelor degree in travel and tourism, hotel management or bachelor degree in any discipline with two years in service experience a supervisory level

Selection procedure

Selection of candidates for MTS will be made on the basis of entrance examination as per the criteria prescribed by Purbanchal University and interview conducted by the academy

 

Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Studies (BTTS)

 

• BTTS program comprises of eight semesters of six month each
• BTTS program offers opportunity to build solid foundation for carrier in travel and tourism sector enabling students to work at middle management level and pursue higher level tourism studies

Eligibility

CGPA D+ or Intermediate or equivalent passed from and stream from recognized university / board

• supervisory level

Short term courses

 

KATH also organizes short term courses on demand/ requirement of the private and public sectors of tourism in areas such as Tourism Management, Travel and Tours Operations. Airlines Ticketing, Customer Care, Tourism Marketing, Tourism Development Planning, Tourism Measurement, Sustainable Tourism, Hotel and Travel Trade Accounts Keeping and Financial Management.
